5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing
Sleep and Teens Sleep, diet, and exercise are important to having positive emotional wellbeing. On average teenagers should have about 9 hours of sleep per day, be eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day as part of a balanced diet and taking part in regular exercise. |
